Fan Of The Month

If you want to be a fan of the month, for February 2010, e-mail us at fancliquegirlz@aol.com and title it FOTM with your info (read below) to possibly be picked for our Fan Of The Month! The winner will be chosen on January 29, 2010. If you are chosen as the Fan Of The Month, you will be featured on our homepage!!!

For the form:
1) Include your First Name/Nickname and Last Initial.
2) Include a picture of yourself/the person you are nominating to be our Fan Of the Month. (Get a parent's permission first!)
3) Include why you think you should be fan of the month OR why you think somebody else should be fan of the month. Answer these questions (about yourself or nominee you are picking):
• How did you figure out about the Clique Girlz?
• What do you love best about the Clique Girlz? (Their music/style/personalities...)
• What is your favorite song by the Clique Girlz?
• Why do you think that you should be the Fan Of The Month?

» Q: Do I have to include any personal information?
A: No, nothing is needed except you first name (or nickname) and last initial.

» Q: Can I only win once?
A: No, you can win multiple times, but you must have different entry forms!

» Q: What if I'm not allowed to send in a picture of myself?
A: Then you can just send in the entry part! We totally understand that some people are not allowed to send in a picture of them, so that's a way you can be our FOTM still.
